First of all, I prefer the physical activity route with CrossFit, but I’ve found that meditating using the Headspace app really helps me to sleep. I actually slept through the night last night for the first time in almost a decade.
So, I am going into a very busy month but I can going to try and be as consistent as possible and let you guys know how it goes for me. This is technically my 4th day in my Meditation streak (no big deal), and let’s see how many days I can get in before May.
