Getting started is often the hardest part. Commit to getting 1% better each day. Maybe that’s committing to a 20 minute walk a few times a week or a similar aerobic activity. If you live in a city try walking to a store you otherwise would have driven to or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Small commitments like putting your gym shoes on when you get home instead of sitting down can prevent us from pushing our exercise goals further down the road.
